Nut- By Debbie Tucker Green At The Shed

The shed is The National Theatres latest creation, which is a temporary venue celebrating new ambitious and adventurous theatre productions.

Nut which has been written and directed by one of our favourite play writes Debbie Tucker Green. Debbie Tucker is known for her poetic writing skills and her brave and interesting story lines. We cant wait to see what she’s been up to with her new production called Nut. Debbie’s most recent productions include Random, Truth and reconciliation and Generations that were all shown in London’s most popular theatre venues.

This year Nut will be taking place at the Nationals very own Shed Theatre on the south bank. The plays starts on the 30th of October and finishes on the 5th of December. Plenty of time for you to grab a ticket and check it out. We will be heading down early november, so check out the site and our twitter to see our thoughts on the production @what2london

The play is suitable to anyone over the age of 14 and explores the themes of company and self exception. “Being you means not being me” a quote taken from the press release.

Tickets for the Nut vary from £12-£20 depending on student prices and seating options.

Although Nut is showing a lot throughout the autumn term, we suggest you purchase your tickets early because Debbie Tucker Green never disappoints!
