Platterform Presents – Sea Adventure Series
After the great success of The Pop- up skylodge , Platterform are back with another exciting dining concept… Sea Adventure series.
Sea Adventure series will be held at the same location as the Skylodge, in Hackney (on the roof of the Hothouse in London Fields). With such a good turn out from their last adventures the platterform team are geared up to take on a 15 week adventure. Sea adventure series consist of 5 guest chefs coming down to cook up a seafood madness.
The event kicked off on the 16th of january and will be running for 15 straight weeks, so make sure you don’t miss it.
Londoners have the chance to taste some of the best seafood dishes from around the world and if your not a big eater, then head on down to enjoy the scenery, snacks and drinks. Sea Adventure series will be the spot for some great tasting cocktails, rums, crafts beer and wine.
