Peckham Street-Food Party With Kerb- THIS FRIDAY 19th

Kerb does Peckham on Friday 19th July.

It’s a pop-up-food-party in Peckham, brought to you by street-food connoisseurs KERB. It’s sure to be a finger-licking Friday!

TGIF, and not because it’s going to be the weekend, but it’s the day of the Peckham Street-food Party courtesy of KERB. We don’t know about you, but it’s going to be the highlight of our week! Like a group of mischievous kids, the pop-up punters will be gathering their stalls in Copeland Park and serving up naughty, experimental dishes.

This street-food party will be a cool collective of street-food artists, from the Southern wilds of Atlanta via ‘Mama P’s Barbeque’  to the monstrous ‘Heartbreaker’ burger from ‘Tongue n Cheek’. There’s sure to be something for everyone.

Peckham is a hub for culture and cool, and the variety of food on offer definitely reflects the melting pot of the surroundings. From Victorian architecture, and new-school art galleries to the world-food markets of Rye Lane Peckham deserves to be put on the food map, and the Peckham Street-food party will definitely hold a spotlight on not only the traders but the sellers and stalls that occupy this great town.

There’ll be music and a bar, just to add that extra kick (if the spicy goodies haven’t done that already!)

Entry is free to Kerb’s Peckham street-food party, and every stall has a different price, but most are cheap and cheerful.

Against a backdrop of sun, food, drink and the aroma of food from all over the world, we’re sure it’ll all feel a bit… well, tropical!

Hints and tips: Make sure you bring cash. None of the stalls take cards! Oh, and bring some wet-wipes. Napkins might not be enough; the burgers are going to be extra juicy!
