Bubba Gump- Sea Food – ROUND2 Review

Bubba Gump is officially open and we cant get enough of it… We have been going on for weeks about the launch of this exciting Forest Gump themed restaurant and its now here.

Bubba Gump is famous all over the world, with branches in America, Hong Kong, Tokyo and now London. With the success of the other branches its inevitable that this new London branch is going to be that city go too. For those who are always shopping in the city or working close by, Bubba gump is a must try. Situated right in the centre on Piccadilly, we can already see that it will not only be a tourist attraction but it will also grab us Londoners attention too.

At Bubba Gump it is all about the shrimps, their shrimp crazy at this spot but we’re not complaining because we love it. With sea food dishes blasted all over the menu, its only right we order a variety of dishes. Our favourite was their coconut shrimps which left us wanting more. The food comes in good timing and if your a little impatient, the staff are up for playing a few games based on the hit movie Forest Gump.

Bubba Gump is that perfect place for a group hangout or quick spot to celebrate a birthday. Easy to find and very addictive, you have to head on down.

ROUND 2 @BUBBA GUMP…

We just had to go back for more… Shrimps, Games and this time DESSERT! Whenever we revisit a restaurant we always aim to try something new on the menu. With this in mind we went all out… from fresh shrimps, coconut shrimp, fizzled onions and our first try of mahi mahi fish. The fizzled onions are a great replacement for fries (those watching the pounds) and go very well with practically everything on the menu.

Once again the atmosphere and staff were great and came dashing at the flip of a sign… Especially when we were ready for dessert. Feasting on a hot chocolate cookie, bread pudding and a brownie served with vanilla ice cream, we were in our element. Whenever you’re in need of a spot for quick dessert in town, then Bubba Gump is the place.
