Satay Bar- Brixton – Review
This week we checked out Satay Bar in Brixton and experienced one of the busiest nights we’ve had in a while.
Satay Bar is one of South London’s stand out cocktail bar/restaurant. We are not strangers to Satay Bar but we have just realised that we have never written a review on these guys.
The bar is situated in a perfect location (right across the road from the train station) and has some of the best dining deals around town. Every time we’ve dined at Satay Bar we have always had a great time and believe so will you.
If your looking for that spot that does great deals on cocktails, then this is the place. Everyday from 5pm- 8pm is there happy hour… now this happy hour is one of the busiest happy hours around town, so make sure you attend early. Their cocktails are perfect and if your not a drinker you can always get a alcohol free cocktail. We insist you try there strawberry mojito or their traffic light cocktail.
So enough about the drinks, lets get straight to the food!!!
The restaurant has a menu that will suit all, they have many dishes from rice to noodles, curry’s to salads… You’re bound to find something you like. They have recently started Fried chicken tuesdays, for all you chicken lovers and have many other food offers.
Satay Bar can often get very very busy, so we can not stress how important it is to book a table before hand. If you do have to wait, thats when the bar comes in handy but make sure you stick around to soak it all up.
The restaurant is pocket friendly, so were sure you’ll get a good meal and a cocktail for under £20
