Pizza Union- New Restaurant- Review

Last week we mentioned that Pizza Union had just opened in Spitafields and on friday we went down to check it out. Considering they are still pretty new to the Foodie scene, Pizza Union have already made there mark. With a Que of people lining up to get hold of their pizza, you would of thought these guys had been around for ages.

Pizza Union is located right next to Liverpool street, perfect for you business guys and city lovers. With a vibrant atmosphere coming from their visitors and staff, you cant miss it. Focusing fully on great tasting italian pizza, you already know what your in for. Its always nice when a restaurant gets straight to the point… or should we say straight to the pizza! The base of the pizza’s are all the same making it easier to make a decision of what type of pizza you want. All you have to do is order your toppings or select from their menu, that groups toppings together. We tried their Tropicali pizza, which consist of cotta ham and pineapple and their Callabria, that included a spicy sausage. We must say that we comfortably ate a pizza each and it went down just right.

Pizza Union’s pizza isn’t greasy nor does it make you feel sloppy after. The pizza is just right and taste exactly like pizza’s in italy… yes we have been to Italy.

Pizza Union is perfect for those that love a good munch but want to save a few coins. All pizza’s are under £6 unless you add extra toppings that start at a £1 each.

Pizza Union is opened Monday – Sunday 11am-11pm
