Novikov Italian – Mayfair – Review
Last week we mentioned that London’s hottest restaurant, Novikov, have introduced a new Italian Lunch menu an we just had to check it out.
Novikov Italian sits nicely right underneath the asian section of the restaurant, offering the ultimate dining experience!
The minute you find out your going to be dining in Mayfair, you know its going to be classy and stylish and wow we’re we right.
When eating at Novikov, you straight away feel like you’re lunching with the royals, as the staff greet you and make you feel very special. With our coats in the cloak room, chairs pulled out and bread placed on the table… we were ready to start searching what we fancied on the menu.
Novikov Italian is pricier than the average italian restaurant but we totally understand why! Their dishes are served and cooked with excellence. If you’re new to italian dishes, you can keep it simple by ordering their traditional spag bowl (Bolognese) or their lamb cutlets served with hot potatoes. Both dishes were delicious and were the perfect size for two. We also spotted the steak on the menu and hands down have to give Novikov Italian a 5/5 for their dishes.
If your not worrying about whats in the bank, then we strongly suggest you order a few starters… Lets just say that we fell in love with their prawns and calamari.
We also tried their desserts for all you sweet tooths and they were exactly what we guess sweet and classy. The team tried the banana crumble which came with caramel ice cream. The average spend per person is about £50 or over which could be more depending on alcoholic drinks.
Novikov Italian restaurant can get very busy, so we suggest you book in advance and rock up in your best dress.

Novikov is one of our favourite restaurants in London, we totally understand that its a bit on the pricey side but its totally worth it…
