Nike Training Club Session For Free
Nike Training Club are having free sessions for women to keep fit and firm with Nike this summer.Whether you’re looking to change your body shape, keep fit, or try something new.The Nike Training Club invites women of all shapes and ages to join in the fitness fun in London and various other UK cities.
Nike training club sessions are based in parks, shopping centres and even at the famous Nike Town store in London. From cardio drills, to interval training to, core & strength training; there’s something for everyone. Don’t think you’re fit enough? All levels are welcome, and different intensities to the moves are offered so everyone feels comfortable. Well-known dance and fitness people like Josyln Thompson and Leticia Simpson are some of the best in the business and the programs put together will ensure top results.
If “gymming it” isn’t your thing and you’d rather train in a group, this is perfect. The team camaraderie, motivation and social aspect will definitely make you feel less conscious. One Nike Training Club attendee said they “didn’t even notice the other people in the park”. With class sizes of 15 max, you won’t have to worry about getting poked or nudged whilst someone performs an exercise move. Classes are informal and intimate, maximising your results and trainer help.
We think that NIKE has got it spot on. Providing a great way for women to get involved without the hassle of having to go to a gym alone. You get to take part in some cool classes in equally cool environments and hopefully meet some new friends. Most classes start at 6:30pm and last approx. 60 minutes, so enough time to fit it in after work.
Anyone can join the Nike Training Club sessions, and it’s free, so there’s no excuse! Get your training gear on, and #justdoit (like what we did there?)
Classes are running throughout July and August and most begin at 6:30pm
