Mash – Modern American Steak House – Review

Finding a restaurant that serves steak, isn’t hard to find but finding a restaurant that dishes up great steak may be a problem. The What2 Team are always in search of good steak houses but we have to admit that on our search, Mash still remains at the top of our list.

Mash also known as Modern American Steak House is hands down is one of the best steak houses in London. We reviewed mash earlier this year and were left gob smacked with the food and service. So what made us do it again? We couldn’t resist the taste of their tender meat and the atmosphere that left us feeling like royalty.

It’s not everyday that you have to get QUALITY steak with chips or mash. When eating at Mash we recommend you try their American Rib-eye or their Uruguay Rib-eye… both steaks are to die for. These go perfectly with their Creamy spinach, Green beans, Sautéed cauliflower & broccolli with chili and our favourite…Sautéed mushrooms. All of the veg was seasoned and went perfectly with our steak.

Obviously we couldn’t leave Mash without dessert (defeating the healthy choices) but we couldn’t resist ordering their special Mash cheesecake.

If your looking for that ultimate dinner date or a place to celebrate, then Mash is that spot… It’s not everyday you get to dine in a red carpet atmosphere.
