GEALES FISH RESTAURANT IN NOTTING HILL – REVIEW

Geales has been around since the early 90’s and we totally understand why these guys are standing so strong. Specialising in seafood, theres something unique about this restaurant. Situated in one of the hottest places in London… Notting hill, i knew i was going to love it.

This neighbourhood restaurant has a intimate yet, very welcoming feel. It was nice to walk into a restaurant filled with happy waiters who were more than happy to offer suggestions. As these guys specialise in fish, we just had to order the most popular dishes… starting with Prawn tempera and squid for starters and Lobster served with chunky chips for her and London’s traditional Fish And chips for him.

Now i had no expectations for Geales but after eating our mains, we were left wondering… where have we been all these years? The food was scrumptious and left us thinking whens our next visit.

Geales should not only be known for there fish as these guys have 2 great desserts on the menu Caramel Apple pie and Sticky toffee pudding. Both we were blown away and cleaned our plates.

This hotspot is perfect for a summer dinner date, especially as they have seating outside… making it feel a little romantic.
