Film4 Summer Screen At Somerset House
Film4 summer screens and Somerset House have teamed up once again to bring you classic films to enjoy in their out door open-air cinema.
The Film4 summer screen comes to Somerset House this August but you have to get your tickets fast as they went on sale May 22nd. This is defiantly a what 2 that has to be experienced.
Film4 summer screens are shown in the magnificent 18th century courtyard on a giant surround sound screen. The films vary from romance, thrillers to comedy, so theirs something for us all. Not only are there film showings but their will be a DJ providing visitors with great music to add to the ultimate cinema experience.
For all those greedy guts, their will be a bar and food Concession for you to purchase a bite to eat. They also welcome you to bring your own picnic and eat before the film4 showing begins. Beware that they do not allow glass bottles but they do permit alcohol, which is always a plus.
If you are planning on attending this event, don’t forget to bring you blankets, rugs and pillows as they do not allow chairs or portable furniture in the courtyard. Do also remember that it is a open air screening, so lets not forget our umbrellas just incase the rain pays us a visit.
Film4 summer screen kicks off this August the 8th for 14 nights only.
Doors open @ 6.30pm and the DJ starts playing @ 7pm
All Films start @ 9pm
Tickets start from £14.50 and does not include booking fee
