What2: Dusty Knuckle Bakery is a new start up enterprise that supports disadvantaged young people and helps them get a kick start into business…. this weekend the company will be serving up fresh baked goods for you to get hold of.

Why2: Who doesn’t love the smell and taste of fresh bread in the morning especially knowing that these guys have just won the BBC Good Food Bursary 2014.

When2: Dusty knuckle have been at the Bootstrap Company’s car park since the end of September and now the bakery is seeking new wholesale customers and partnerships from October.
