0Cuisson launches POP-Down – NEXT WEEK
What To: Luxury bespoke dining company, Cuisson, are excited to announce the launch of their brand new interactive dining concept, POP-Down.
Why To: POP-Down is a interactive dinning experience that will deliver a four course menu fusing French cuisine with modernist techniques, combining high end dining with the imagination of Cuisson, all at an affordable price. Many of the dishes have an element of playfulness injected into them, and the menu will change every month to ensure POP-Down is continuously innovative and exciting.
Examples from the menu include:
Crispy tortilla | prawn chorizo Chicken liver parfait | charred pineapple | candied walnuts Salmon | fennel | cucumber |vanilla White truffle and saffron crème brûlée| yogurt sugar |summer fruit
When To: Pop-Down kicks off this June 12th and will take place 7.30pm, every Thursday-Saturday throughout the summer.
Where To: POP-Down will take place in a spacious basement accommodating thirty-eight guests, at Borough Barista.
