Mango Room- Caribbean Restaurant

Mango Room is situated in the heart of Camden Town. They are known for their stylish and upbeat atmosphere, along with amazing traditional caribbean dishes.

Mango Room was the perfect spot for us to let our hair down and enjoy some great caribbean food. A night at Mango room is like no other, we now understand why celebrities love it.

The restaurant focuses on celebrating their lively culture through their atmosphere. We entered into the restaurant with Ska music blazing and a little bit of a wait, due to their busy schedule. But Whilst waiting we decided to try some of their amazing cocktails. We recommend you taste their Rum Punch (only if your not driving). The taste has you wanting more and goes straight to the head. If your not really a drinker, you can always try one of their non- alcoholic cocktails, which taste pretty pleasing too. The bar is only for dining customers but comes in very handy when you have to wait.

The tables were decorated with class, which added a nice touch. It was perfect for a date night and as it set the mood, so we didn’t have too. The waiters were great for suggesting we try their signature Curry Goat and Cha-grilled Chicken dishes. Both dishes were presented with quality, excellence and a few sides. Overall it was the perfect amount of food for a perfect price. We didn’t have to break the bank due to their set menu.

Mango Room is defiantly a spot for all occasions, but we prefer it as a romantic evening. Its nice and intimate and works perfectly with the music as the back drop.

Hints and Tips: We recommend you make a reservation before hand to avoid the wait and guarantee a table.
