Got Wild @ MAC AND WILD – Restaurant Review

After winning the best burger award last year… Mac and Wild are killing the burger game! With two locations in the city, we wouldn’t be surprised if another is on the way.

Small menu, buzzing atmosphere and a gun room, is just a few of the things we loved about Mac and Wild. As you know we are not big drinkers but if you are, you’ll love it here. Not only are they Known for their burgers but they are all about the whisky and boozy cocktails. We kept it soft and jumped straight in for a feast. The burgers was defo a standout for us, as it was served to perfection… soft bun and amazing insides. We really want to try the mac and cheese but it contained haggis 🙁 which isn’t our fav. The steak was also good but it was served a little to rare for us, so it had to be sent back in for a tan.

The food was good and so was their sticky toffee pudding, which i strongly suggest you try.

Now the difference between both of Mac and Wild locations is the Gun Room. Yes thats right, the Devonshire Square branch are killing it with this feature. Set up as a gun range, using a projector, computer guns and fancy dress, we got our game on. The room is a great addition to the restaurant and a good place to bring a bunch of friends. If you have a competitive streak like us… you have to check it out.
